Clear terms before we begin.

These terms describe Atumara Group LLC’s fixed-scope research and content-review pilots. We confirm the exact scope, total price, availability and delivery dates with you in writing before booking. An inquiry does not reserve a place or take payment.

Agreement and payment

Work starts after both sides confirm the scope, inputs, total price and delivery and correction dates in writing, and payment is confirmed through the agreed payment provider. Any applicable tax is identified before payment. There is no subscription, automatic renewal or extra charge without agreement.

Your materials and changes

Send public business links first. Supply only materials you are authorized to share; any nonpublic material needs a separate handling agreement. Do not send credentials, personal or healthcare records, or payment details to us. If inputs are missing or the scope changes, we pause and agree any revised scope, price and date in writing.

Method and delivery

Work is AI-assisted and checked against agreed sources. We flag unavailable or conflicting facts and deliver through the agreed business channel. We retain a record of the delivered version and its source basis. Reports and reviews do not guarantee revenue, search placement, agent accuracy, regulatory compliance or other downstream results.

Included corrections

Send one consolidated in-scope correction or revision request within seven calendar days of delivery. We agree the correction completion date before booking. New topics, products or business requirements require a new written scope.

Cancellations and refunds

Cancel before delivery of the first draft for a full refund. After the first draft, we do not promise a change-of-mind refund; the included correction round addresses material in-scope deficiencies. If we cannot deliver the agreed material scope after that correction, we provide a full refund.

If we cannot perform or meet the agreed delivery date, we offer a mutually accepted replacement date or a full refund. We do not change your deadline unilaterally or deduct processing fees from a promised full refund.

Refunds use the original payment route after checking for an existing refund or dispute. We confirm initiation; completion timing depends on the payment provider and your bank. These terms do not remove rights provided by applicable law.

The resource library contains original starter worksheets and fictional examples. You may use and adapt them for your own work. They contain no completed paid service, automatic updates or live system connection. Follow the included source and review instructions.
